Prior to its present esteemed status it must be noted that Emirates had slightly slipped from second position a rank which it has held from the past couple of years. Its customer services and value scores relegated the airline at third place last year although it has consistently kept its high ratings in amenities food and in-flight services. Nevertheless Emirates persevered and continued to hurdle benchmarks for excellence just as it had always performed through all these years. A point of interest though is the airline`s signature Shower Spa offered at the first class section. This state-of-the art innovation in airline amenities had somehow made Emirates cope up with speed with the very best.
The Boeing 767-300 for our flight was C-GBZR a former Canadian Airlines aircraft which still retained its dark blue Canadian Airlines interior which in my opinion is not as nice as Air Canada`s Business Class interior. The Business-Class cabin seating was comfortable with ample pitch configured with five rows of 1-2-2. However the seats are not fully-reclining as compared to the Business-Class seats on most other Air Canada 767-300s which recline to near flat.
First of all you should find a charter company that is willing to take the time to answer all your questions. Question carefully as to the capacity and fuel requirement of each craft before deciding which is the best and most cost effective option. Also get a second opinion. Private jet charters are not above a little psychological selling. For example company A may insist that your destination airport because of its location or surface needs a special type of aircraft e.g. chopper for spot landing etc. If you are not aware of airport facilities inquiring directly at the airport or even asking another charter might help you avoid paying higher aircraft charter rates.
