Aircraft charter rates vary by size of aircraft distance location weather flown etc. For instance an advertisement agency may charter a flight to an island with no proper landing runway or an oil company may charter a helicopter to fly surveyors to an oil rig on the sea - here depending on the risk factor prices may vary.
