In the race among most airlines to pack in more paying customers into a fixed and very limited aircraft cabin the idea of what constitutes "foot space" or any "space" at all for that matter is a fungible and never easily understood concept on the part of an airline passenger. Believe me when I say that - as a former airline manager - that the airlines would LOVE to give everybody in every section of the plane their own personal "space" but that`s not going to happen in this lifetime from what I can tell.
Several areas are in need of improvement: The lack of pre-boarding Business Class passengers in Santiago the lack of communication from the flight deck the inadequate magazine selection for Business Class passengers the lack of a pre-departure drink service and the lack of priority baggage handling in Toronto for the Business Class passenger`s baggage are small points on their own but detract as a whole from what would have otherwise been a flawless flight. As such the flight is rated an 8.5 out of 10.
If you are not sure about going for aircraft charter do a little calculation. Estimate the number of time you will need to travel. Calculate the average cost of the flight to your business. Approach an aircraft charter with the same estimated flight schedule and ask for a cost. Sometime you can even ask if they can top the regular flight costs. Aircraft charter rates are extremely competitive and you will surely get an offer you cannot refuse.
